Dr. Horn has dedicated his career to excellence in dental care.
Born in Alexandria, Louisiana, Dr. Horn later moved to Tyler, Texas, where he attended middle and high school. He pursued a degree in molecular biology at BYU. During his studies, he spent two years in Argentina as a missionary, becoming fluent in Spanish.
Dr. Horn earned his DDS from the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston, completed a General Practice Residency at UCLA for advanced training, and specialized in endodontics through a residency at UT Houston.
For 15 years, Dr. Horn practiced endodontics in the Mid-Cities area before moving to Fort Worth. He is excited to serve the Southside community and collaborate with other healthcare professionals in the Medical District.

Beyond his dedication to dentistry, Dr. Horn enjoys spending time with his wife, Leslie, and their three children, Miles, Audrey, and Parker. He is an avid baseball fan, cheering for the Texas Rangers, and has a passion for gardening—especially native Texas plants. He also cares for a variety of exotic pets and orchids.
Dr. Horn believes in giving back to the community and regularly participates in dental outreach programs. His experience living in Argentina gave him a deep appreciation for different cultures.
